Message from the Principal

Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!

I hope everyone enjoyed a restful, relaxing, and fun summer.  We are looking forward to welcoming our students back to school on Tuesday, September 2nd!

Every year our schools have a focus which drives our work in character education and community building. Our theme this year focuses on the phrase, “Mastering Belonging!” New to Franklin Avenue, and all of PRSD Elementary Schools, students will participate in monthly assemblies about Ninja Life Hacks, which will promote skills in empathy, kindness, and healthy habits to grow as individuals and a community. As a school, we support learners to engage in lessons, activities, celebrations, and leadership opportunities that celebrate our unique qualities and strengthen our connections to one another.
